They have several very dedicated non-management workers. Fast paced.

No room for professional growth. No balance can be obtained. Poor managerial decision making. Poor business decisions. Promotions are more male dominated than female. They are extremely top heavy, with more managers, directors and VP's then they have workers. Benefits are below industry standards. Financially, an extremely unstable company which they demonstrate with their bi-yearly layoff's. Attrition also is high, and positions opened are closed out with no back filling, leaving those still there drowning. This creates a silo environment for employees which is counter productive to the health of the company.
