      I joined Simplion India as Senior Associate in Nov 2012 and left Simplion on April 2015 as Lead Associate. My skill set was limited to basic java - j2ee at the time of joining Simplion. But by the time I learnt in depth salesforce, many UI/javascript framework like bootstrap, foundation, angular and many interesting tips and tricks about a product development. I feel these 3 year(almost) was good phase of learning, good pay and recognition. Almost received 8 award including employee of the year. Feeling good that I was part of this good organisation/buddy/friends.

Management is always available for discussions and ideas and prompt in taking actions. They are genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals. They allow flexible work hours, which has helped me keep work- life balance. Environment is professional yet we all enjoy awesome friendly culture.
