From an IT perspective Simplot is living in the past. From green screens and the general capability of staff this would be the lowest performing IT team I have worked with. There are pockets of bright sparks but they are squashed by an archaic corporate culture or tech limitations that is very traditional. If you are serious about your IT career then this is not the place for you. Recent changes in company structure see the trend continuing.
