Based on your advice and our teams feedback we are rolling out a bootcamp for all internal employees (focused on learning and dev). Which is very exciting and something I believe will be valuable to every employee. In regards to the business model changing, there are definitely zigs & zags that come with a younger company. We believe this help us stay competitive and agile within a very fluid technology marketplace. With that being said, it can be stressful and often requires employees to shift with us.
