      Exec's at the top are not technical or understand the biz they are in. They are biz smart, but not tech biz. Joining a tech-less headed monster.

      I'm sorry you feel this way. Start-ups can be very hectic and chaotic. You're right, we don't have a CEO who is also a developer. We do however have incredibly talented employees, owners and team members who help shape our company and tech vision. We have a lot more we can do to improve and your feedback will help us.       - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
