Simplus provides a great culture with caring managers; managers take the time to listen and support your needs and concerns. Well worth the hour drive each way to be apart of the Simplus team.

      Needing to provide more Simplus attire and swag. Benefits, needing more options for benefits it's too expensive.

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
