I was hired fresh out of college, no degree, no real decent qualifications let alone full time work experience. Both Directors still put 100% into turning me into a fully fledged consultant and now my life has completely changed. Free parking in a private car park + never not find a space. Autonomous, flexible and mature working environment where fun and banter is encouraged as much as possible. Crystal clear progression route for people that want to work hard. All support is provided to you to earn unbelievable money and be a great consultant but progression to Management or Directorship is there for the taking for people that have the right attitude. Realistic KPI’s and target, which don’t drive the business! Too many recruitment businesses are driven by KPI’s which force an unethical recruitment approach.
