3yThank you for sharing your feedback. While your feedback is not consistent with the feedback that we receive overall from our teams, we'd like to take the time to understand the details of your experience and take action on as much as possible.
In order to provide for a better employee experience, we've brought in experienced HR leadership from IN-N-OUT, we've added additional layers of structure both inside and above our restaurants, we've made strides in improving communication of initiatives as well as the beginnings of our online scheduling app. In terms of recognition, the feedback that we receive is that out Employee Of The Month program is appreciated, and our new "Kale Of Duty" belt for the top performing store is well received.
From a standardization perspective regarding operations, we've added resources in corporate training from El Pollo Loco and we've begun implementing standardized checklists in several areas in order to make the operation more consistent across the board.
We do have employee discount programs for food and we have maintained them despite the significant increase in food costs across the board.
We are surprised to hear that these initiatives and efforts aren't landing the way we intended.
