The people are nice and supportive, the culture is friendly, and the work gives you a lot to learn. Things are flexible and enjoyable, which makes it a great place to grow and work comfortably.

      Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.

Our broader employee feedback is positive to strong, and describes an environment that is collaborative, customer-centric, and hard-working . While acknowledging that, like all companies, there are some areas where we have room for improvement, of course. We take pride in having experienced leadership across the board, and a strong team in India that contributes hugely to our ongoing success. We also take pride in being financially sound, with a clear path to ongoing growth.
