Very few… The workforce, junior and Middle Managers were lovely - that’s about it!

- The executive team are toxic - driven by a CEO who couldn’t care less about his employees. - Completely changing peoples jobs without following a legal consultation process. - Sack first, deal with the consequences later mentality. - the HR Director and CHRO have no morals and ethical standard and bend to the whims of the C-Suite… even when they want to act shady.

Customer to AM ratios are being actively reduced, which means you're set up to build real, deep relationships rather than just manage volume. If you're commercially sharp and genuinely care about customer outcomes, the earning potential and career trajectory here are strong. At its core this is a customer first company where the products are built to make customers more efficient and profitable, and that gives AMs something meaningful to sell.

This is not a transactional sales role. You're simultaneously managing renewals, expanding accounts, and deepening relationships — all at once, all the time. The product is moving fast, so staying current is a real responsibility, not a suggestion. If you need a slow ramp or a narrow remit, this isn't the right environment.
