Simpro is AI first, meaning the tools, knowledge and resources available to develop your AI skills is extensive and great for skillset development. Very strong, energetic office culture.

The company has gone through extensive changes in the past 12-24 months meaning lots of new hires, new teams, new goals, and it continues to move at pace. For some, this is exciting and represents opportunity to learn from new experiences and new people and others this could potentially feel uncertain and de-stabilising. I would say the culture of Simpro suits people who want to grow, learn and progress as quickly as possible and who thrive on being agile and pivoting quickly. If people like routine and predictability it would probably be a mis-match.
