It's great to hear that you feel you have some like-minded colleagues to work with and enjoy your time at the firm.
If you are feeling that your workload and reward isn't in balance then we'd encourage you to talk to your manager or head of department - we're sure their door is always open, but the upcoming quarterly reviews are also a great opportunity to do this. Bonuses paid are based on each individual's achievements and contributions and there's a brand new scheme about to be released for 2024 which we hope will incentivise everyone to maximise this. Each head of department has a pot of available money to use for incentives, so if you're not seeing these then perhaps talk about it in your review as well - we always want to hear about how we can improve.
