We're really glad to hear that you feel the work you do is rewarding and you enjoying working with your colleagues. We constantly review our salaries against the market and where necessary adjust to ensure that they are competitive. There will also be a new bonus scheme launching for 2024 which will give everyone in the firm the opportunity to earn bonus.
