Instructors are classified as independent contractors yet forced to sign a contract on Simraceway's terms agreeing to comply with employee like duties. Net 30 are the payment terms mentioned in the contract which are NEVER met. Zero communication from the accountant aka owner as to why and of the status of an invoice. Most programs have zero down time throughout the day for instructors to take a break. Instructors are typically required to drive the students to lunch, eat/interact with them, and drive them back to the track. Programs are always understaffed due to instructors no longer wanting to work for the owner. Supplies for the programs, including cars, are always scarce and instructors are encouraged to "be creative" every day in order to keep the fire under control.
