Everything about this company is a con, both literally and figuratively. Neither my location, nor my position, are true in this review, because I know how retaliatory this company is, and I still have bills to pay. Management is a joke, both on the high and low ends. There is absolutely no work/life balance with this company. It's 9-10 hour days during the week, plus mandatory every Saturday, unless you're one of the people making those decisions for others, then you get to have weekends off. They claim to be very environmentally friendly, but that only goes as far as what's printed on paper. In actuality, they pollute big time. We are specifically told not to actually check for CFCs (they'd never buy another refrigerator or AC unit again if they did things the way they should) and machines are always broken and leaking fluids into local waterways. I would never recommend anyone I actually like to start working for this company.
