Plenty of cons, to little space to write here. There is a new CEO for a year now, and he has empowered other senior leadership in ways that promote a negative work environment. Management is sooo arrogant! They can criticize very well, but rarely offer solutions that are efficient. Hard workers are not recognized or promoted. They even dismantled the quarterly and annual employee recognition system with no explanation. High turnover recently, a lot of good people who deserved development have left because of poor management. A great majority of the new managers were recruited from another company where they all worked and were unhappy, so the place reeks with cronyism! Lately, it's the only way to get a job here. Tuition assistance unfairly administered. The atmosphere is negative, but managers think the employees are the problem. Oh, and managers are never held accountable for their mistakes or shortcomings, they just blame employees, so unfair!!
