The company is very much in an AI-first phase, so everyone is expected to understand and use AI tools in their work. If you do not have AI experience, you will likely not be considered for a role. That said, there is still a lot to learn in this space and you pick up many new skills while working here because AI is integrated into many workflows and people are constantly experimenting and improving how they use it. The pace is not for everyone. It is definitely not a clock in clock out type of job. If you are looking for a simple 9 to 5 where you can do the same tasks every day without thinking too hard, this probably is not the right environment. Things move quickly and expectations are very high, which can feel intense if you prefer a slower or more predictable workflow.
