Promising product with wide range of applications.

Management is disorganized, and salaries does not reflect the workload. There is an "unspoken" expectation to work more than 60 hours a week while being paid for less than 30 hours per week. The workload and work environment can be quite stressful, and you realize how bad it was after moving on to another organization.
