The owners are genuinely interested in each and every employee. They truly have an open door policy. Anyone in the company can approach them and they will listen. They just started having feedback meetings with the CEO. He listens to every idea provided by the employees during those meetings and has implemented a number of the ideas presented. The management team is very hard working and is always working to put their best foot forward. There are many employee appreciation events to help us all to take a break from time to time and enjoy each others company. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work in a great environment of people that take their corporate values serious.
