the work culture used to be great before the merger with vector capital, company's product is solid.

The new management is ridiculous. There is absolutely no job security; they will fire an entire team even if they are top performers. It seems like only the people who do nothing or know nothing get to stay. This company used to be great, but ever since the Vector Capital merger, it has been a complete mess. The new leadership is terrible, especially on the HR side. There is so much more to say, but they don't deserve another second of my time.
