Vantaggi
I'm in a sales role and having joined late last year. Everyone is treated like how engineers are treated: if I need something for my desk, it's ordered. Catered lunches and dinners, and field trips to meet more of the people in other departments. We've been to Napa, white water rafting, and a fall company trip to Vegas. I love the office - it feels like what a startup should be - brick and timber, super comfortable. Everyone gets a Herman Miller Aeron chair - this comes from mgmt caring about the team being comfortable to do their jobs. A new VP of Sales joined and the level of energy has kicked up by an order of magnitude. Patrick is the man - proven leader everyone is excited to work for. The company just raised a mega big round and new people are joining every week. The culture values everyone - it's not just an engineering company, or just a sales culture. Everyone is really happy to be here and working together. I've been exceeding my numbers and enjoying the bigger payouts so far.
Svantaggi
Not too many cons - it's clear the company is still maturing - new systems are being put in place, so I didn't get a lot of handholding. Had to talk to a lot of people to get situated. This looks to be changing with the new VP Sales coming aboard.
