While the opportunity is certainly there it’s by no means a guarantee that MemSQL will be a company that leaves its mark on the industry. Employees need to execute successfully while maintaining the vision. This means that employees need to be committed to the long-term strategy while at the same time be able to execute on tactical work in the short-term. People thinking about joining need to make sure they're committed as this type of opportunity is certainly not for everyone.
