1. Things move fast so if you are a slow learner or maybe coming from a top tier big tech company, you will feel the pace difference and need to adapt to it. 2. Quick task completion expectations, although people support each other there is a general expectation to complete things quickly and in the beginning this might feel overwhelming. 3. Low scale, still growing so not a huge chunk of customers, many features go unsold/unused. 4. If you are not self-motivated to work, especially since this is a remote environment, it might become tough at times to show output and result in broken trust with the team.
