Toxic work environment - Recensione dipendente - Senior Optical Engineer presso Sioux Technologies

The work enviroment is based on making the senior enigneers happy. There is a constant stress and toxic work environment. The managers are so proud of process oriented working, but it only means that senior engineers take zero responsility for their actions. The group constantly loses their optical engineers since the work environment is extremely stressful. That is why they constantly advertise optical engineering position in their website. I do not recommend this place especially for the foreigners and expats.
