Regarding the fully remote , although we do have some fully remote employees our preferred working model is hybrid. Office culture and collaboration in office we feel is essential for continued learning, building relationships and truly great collaboration. It also enables teams to enjoy many of the office perks/ events and spending times with other colleagues outside of direct teams . Thanks again for the feedback!
