Company outings. Paid holidays pto and personal time after 90 days. After 60 days vacation. Employer pays half of health insurance. Weekly pay. Really great company to work for been here over 3 years feels like it's only been 6 months time flies by here. We have a great time while getting are jobs done.

He is extremely transparent and thrives on running a business with the utmost integrity. He also encourages a good work culture and understands that his employees need to have a work / life balance to be successful. I have also been surrounded by some amazing co-workers that work just as hard as everyone else on the team.
