Vantaggi

They pay reasonably well, if you can negotiate it. When HSA was bought, Bob Coleman seemed to define the pay structure better than when it was previously owned. The benefits are good, they'll match your 401k (put in 5%, they'll give you 4%) with no vesting.

Svantaggi

No communication, and when it does happen, expect to be talked down to. The company has not defined it's goals, or if it has, they haven't been communicated to anyone on the staff. The main goal so far is, "make more money, don't define a sector in which to make it", which leads to a myriad of questions about where the company will be in 2 years.

Vantaggi

Six3systems gave me an opportunity that was instrumental in getting me where I am today. At the time I was retiring out of the service and they offered me an opportunity that benefitted them as well as me. The experience I gained opened so many doors to my follow on opportunity. Please don't consider this a dig on the company, I'm very grateful for their trust in me. *recruiting was very candid and up front with me. Kudos to them, there were no surprises.

Svantaggi

The only issues I had were mostly because of the contract/client site. Outside of that, I have no complaints.

Vantaggi

Flexible hours, understanding middle management, ample holidays and vacation with options, a friendly headquarters, a weekly accountability system (whether or not it works is subject to question, but it's there)

Svantaggi

Grossly underpaid employees at the technical levels- though I cannot comment on management scales. Very profit-driven, which on it's own is good for a company, but very bad for any employee with issues. Make no mistake; you will be let go fairly easily with little to no benefit of the doubt. The saving grace is the middle management knows all these things, and on my very first day I got what amounted to an apology for having to work for the company at a low level. Ouch
