Depending on seasonality, the amount of walk-ins, and vehicles that may not have been returned on time, we will run into issues where we do not have the exact car that a customer was hoping for. However, the great advantage of being a sales agent is that we provide you with many tactics on how to combat this issue as well as the power to offer small discounts and incentives to customers if a different car must be offered. We also have several Fleet Planners at all of our locations now that monitor the availability of our vehicles weeks in advance and even down to the hour. They will work closely with sales agents and detailers to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Unfortunately this a common occurrence for the entire rental car industry, but we do our best to always accommodate the customer.
