Our fleet and management team work very hard to forecast demand for vehicles for each day, even down to the hour. Depending on the time of year or amount of walk-up customers that do not have a reservations we may be overbooked in some cases. Customers may also delay their return of a vehicle that is reserved for an incoming customers. Therefore, several factors can cause overbooking. We understand the added pressure that this may cause the Rental Sales Agent, so we try to take every measure to successfully accommodate the customer and offer alternatives for the agent to present. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to closely monitor our bookings to minimize this occurrence at the counter!
