      People are great, a lot of corporate support and a learning based culture. Promotions based on performance. Not overly Bureaucratic, always adapting to new changes.

      IT support could be streamlined, hard to know what department head to contact for some issues unless you know who exactly works that particular area.

      Hi there, thank you for your review. It is great to hear you enjoy working with your coworkers as well as get sufficient support from your managers. SIXT prides itself on our culture and the ability to see challenges as opportunities to learn. We also promote on performance based to give fair opportunities to all.
