It gets even worse when you notice that management actively participates in these rumors. Or that except for maybe one or two people, every employee that is no longer there has been fired/left on bad terms. You might think that you won't be one of those people, but the HR department specializes in blindside firings. Be very careful about what you say because it most likely will be twisted and used against you. At least in court you have a lawyer to defend you, at Sixt you have no one.
