We advocate for an open door policy where you are welcome to discuss anything with upper management, no matter your role. At times, there can be stressful moments, but that only challenges you to grow personally and professionally. SIXT for sure knows how to have fun! During peak renting times, some of our fleet gets rented out which can can cause a lower availability of cars. We try to emphasize a flexible schedule, but also offer PTO in order to promote Work-Life Balance. We wish you continued success here at SIXT!
