All the interviews taken are COMPETENCY & BEHAVIORAL based. Post the interview process, every candidate goes through a rigorous evaluation pattern led by HIRING COMMITTEE who decide on the selection of a candidate who has met both technical and cultural requirement. 2. Our learning initiatives have been the most innovative one where peers from SIXT INDIA come together and discuss about good software practices across tech stack through GUILD led by technical experts. We also ensure that everyone had an opportunity to showcase team (and individual) work through BIZTALK and our employee-led learning initiatives for employees through SIXT ACADEMY to learn and relearn a new skillset.It is very unfortunate to know about your experience with us.
