Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt rent a car. In response to your review, all of our Branch Mangers go through our Management Trainee program to receive the tools they need to succeed in these roles. As we are very new to the US we have room for growth and therefore take your comments seriously. In addition, Sixt prides itself on being a very diverse organization, having branch managers not only from the US, but also all parts of the world. Finally, the HR team, including myself, and all members of our executive team have open door policies. We make ourselves available to any employee who may be experiencing difficulties.
