11yWe are grateful you were able to share your experience with Sixt as an employer so far! Thank you for sharing the pros, which we will continue to do to ensure employee satisfaction increases. As far as the areas for improvement, being a start-up in the US, we are expanding rapidly, but working to increase staff presence, training and efficiency. We can assure you these areas will improve in the future!
