      Heavy hours with no consideration / heavy favoritism / some management incompetent to perform their duties correctly / drama filled environment / little to no tolerance for taking days off / when a location opens it is often poorly planned out for the success of the location

      Thank you for reviewing the Rental Sales Agent role in Detroit! We are happy to know that you enjoy the training, benefits, and pay that Sixt provides. At Sixt it is our priority to acknowledge PTO and hours worked for every employee. Full time employees should only work at most 40 hours a week unless our management team asks the employee if they would be open to overtime which will be paid accordingly.
