      There are a lot of areas that need serious attention. I would first begin by evaluating the HR department. The success of any company relies on your personnel. The HR department is not to be trusted, and very unresponsive to employee needs.

      One of many benefits as Sixt is that we do offer treats on occasion for our employees. We are happy to hear that you enjoy this aspect of your position! As a start-up in the United States there are areas of improvement that we are working towards. Thank you for pointing out HR. We completely agree that a company relies heavily on its personnel to be successful, as does Sixt. In the U.S. our HR departments are spread across our two headquarter locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, therefore, there is support available to our employees on both coasts.
