Friendly atmosphere, most of the employees know each other and are friendly. Executives actually take time to know the people working.

Company hierarchy is hard to move up in, beyond a PM. Bonus program sucks. Jobs that are exciting and engaging are usually bogged down by the office heads. Offices do not work together well. Offices compete against one and other instead of working together to land the large contracts available.
