Company provides excellent benefits, is environmentally aware, and is beneficially involved in the respective location's local community. Company is very competitive in the construction arena which provides a reasonably comfortable level of job security. Company's stated, corporate employment policies are exceptional.

In some locations, stated policies exist only on paper while a "good, old boy" environment remains from the previous ownership. Non-management, non-technical personnel are treated with little respect and given no defining career paths. Salaries/bonuses for this group are very mediocre (or less) and long hours/weekends are the norm. Management arrogance is encouraged and perks are given to a select few. Standards are uneven, i.e., some get training, some do not, some are recognized for their dedication, some are not, etc...very uneven atmosphere.
