Provided guided training, trainer was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Had hands-on team experience and paid for our Appian certifications. The cohort (the group of folks you start and end training with) and the trainer are the best part of this gig if you don't get to company placement.

False advertisement about future placement with company. Recruiter promised placement opportunity after training. However, several folk were given zero interviews to be placed before being let go. Lied about the days which are and aren't paid time off. Contracts states 7 paid days off (not listing the days). However, on December 17th a Team message is received stating no one is being paid from Dec 24th until Jan 2nd. This was never disclosed in the contract, email, or any other form prior to the 17th (7 days prior to the no pay time). Unprofessional management. Straight up threw "I used to live out of a car for a year and you should be open to that too" speech to **checks notes** raise morale? What in the actual fruit cake.
