Nothing to add here - nothing you wouldn't expect from any other professional services consulting team - deeply enjoyed the experience

1. Interesting projects 2. Good pay for a junior profile. 3. Top level leadership is awesome

1. Under the guise of "we embrace continuous learning culture" the company forces everyone to achieve professional certifications(like Azure,AWS etc.) They expect you to achieve 2-3 certificates each year even if you are not interested in those certificates and not interested in certifications at all. They call it "quarterly ROCKS" or your quartely goals and its linked to your performance appraisal. 2. Terrible management consultants.( two in particular ) Dont know how they got a leadership role. Zero empathy and extremely fake. 3. A classic "we are all one family" type of business. 4. Politics and manipulation are at the core.
