Skillwork stands by high values, and I think the heart of most people there is to serve others and bring success.

Would still consider it a start up so there are constantly changes within HQ that don't always align with the needs of each department. Your candidates are also at will employees to any client they deploy out to, meaning they could be let go for no reason which greatly affects their life and your pay check with no concern of what the company should do to help them or assure they can either make it home safely, or get back on a contract with us in less than a week. There are quite a few big egos within the company as well that don't allow for the teams to work toward the same goals because some people get too personal about their work that should be very simple to accomplish.
