Great culture and a company that is growing from strength to strength. I have seen a lot of team members be promoted during my 3 years here, a testament to management and their vision in building a great team. Collaborative culture, supportive leaders, real opportunity to grow with such a great brand and a buzzing work environment to go with it.

Honestly nothing that comes to mind. The pace is maybe not for everyone.

This is easily the best job I have ever had. I am listened to, supported and know that I will continue to progress at a pace that is comfortable to me. I've learned a lot from the Senior Management team and feel comfortable asking for help/advice when I need it. I've never had private healthcare before, I now have that and an excellent holiday allowance. Genuinely, I am not interested in moving anywhere else for the foreseeable.

Sometimes long hours are required, but not very often and I'd rather get the job done than stress about rushing home when the trains are packed anyway.
