over worked, under appreciated, they talk about client care but make us walk in w/ a how can you help me attitude (the more you spend the more i make but not as much as the owner who got lost in greed over the years) broken equipment, no products for days(massage cream,wax,astringent,sanitizers for skin and nails..ewww! Took all of the joy out of the beauty of our work..made vacation days impossible to earn and benefits packages were a joke and only got worse!
