With the many different shifts you can easily find one that fits your schedule. The office is open from 5am to 11pm with both day and night shifts. The pay is reasonable and the benefits are nothing to sneeze at. Many coworkers are nice and pleasant. The work is not difficult, just painstaking and has no room for error.

There are some interpersonal problems between shifts and other forceful personalities. Some people are able to coast by doing the minimum which can be irritating. If you do not make an issue known to the right person in the right way or will be ignored. Upper management can be very touchy and defensive and relies on certain employees reporting on coworkers too much. Gossip is both punished and used as a source for information. Notes and concerns will be ignored or barely addressed. You will feel like you are screaming into the void every time you try to bring anything up.
