Good pay for the location. The company provides time for learning. Flexible workday with low demand. Good work life balance. Tech is up to date and quality is generally high.
Svantaggi
The management structure is very messy, with lots of changes. A transformation to a different form of Agile was wasteful and unnecessary. Lots of dead wood roles exist - each development tram has three management/business people to work with. Most of these are non-specialist and struggle to contribute. People who contribute very little face no real consequences, increasing workload for others.
