1. Lot of meetings. There were days when I was in back-to-back meetings for the entire day and then I had to extend after working hours to finish my daily work. 2. There's a central system for HR where we need to raise tickets to get the issue resolved. Sometimes it becomes difficult to get a hold of a single point of contact at HR to resolve the issue. 3. Sometimes bureaucracy gets in the way of fast decision making. 4. There are certain powers given to line-managers that can affect the career of their direct reports. I feel it's too much power to be given to a single person, especially if that person is not a good people manager.
