      This was one of the coolest jobs I've held and the company does a great job taking care of your equipment. Safety is a big thing working around airplanes and as long as you follow the rules, you'll be okay. They also feed you free, albeit mediocre, food.

      The culture in this place is highly toxic. The HR dep is located upstairs and there's a glass window you walk by to enter your work area. It feels very big-brother-y. in general. There are nasty people that have disgusting sanitary practices yet are still allowed to deliver food on planes. The gave no PPE during the start of the pandemic.

      Mean staff that bully and scream and yell. And no one tells you what to do mean coworker who tell you it's not there job to help you. Not all managers there are so really really great ones and ghis might be a different explanation but its just like having two parents just because one th is decent it doesn't mean you had a good childhood . And on the same note there are a few really great workers there unfortunately it doesn't make up for ones who tell you it's not my job to help you. Yeah cause they have never been new...
