Their working style is little bit different from other companies but after working with them it will be wonderful life time experience. They also provide an environment to explore new technologies. I have seen that, even many times no one working on such innovative technologies in Gujarat or India. They have well disciplined culture which will give you positive working culture. Some persons don’t like it and feel like jail but at the end as an organization there should be some rules to maintain good working culture, even at our home our parents have defined some rules so we can be good person. I can say they have one of the best management team with great technical knowledge. Most amazing thing I have liked about them is they have female friendly environment even they specially take care about it. Highly recommended company for any one who want to grow their career. I am working with them for more than 3 years but I have never felt like company its like my family.

As of now I don't have any cons in mind.

I have started my career with them when they are in the starting phase and still working with them. I have seen excellent growth of the company and day by day they are growing. Their main reason for the growth is their quality of work and the quality of working environment given to the employee. I know many of their oldest employees still working with them because they treat employee as part of family not company. They have the best technical management team. I must recommend joining this company to build your career in a great way and be with them to see how they will change your life.
