Physically Demanding & Inconsistent Work - Recensione dipendente - Assembly Line Worker presso Skyjack

Demanding work. I was simultaneously working 2 stations at once, which is 2 peoples jobs and always praised how when Im not there the line struggles. Yet I was laid off twice while newer employees didn’t. Managements decisions weren’t always the best ones. There’s a revolving door of employees which senior employees are ALWAYS training on top of doing their own job. Lots praise but that praise doesn’t amount into actions.
